Coach Rocky

Coach Rocky has been training athletes from the youth to pro level for over half a decade. He has worked with 1,000+ athletes and developed 50+ players who have gone on to play at the college and professional level. He studies the game obsessively, travels the country to learn from the best coaches in the industry, and applies the same standard of daily self-improvement to himself that he demands from his athletes.

Before he was a trainer, Rocky was a standout all-state point guard at Mansfield High School '14 and went on to play at Bridgewater State University '18 where he was a 2-year captain, 1000-point scorer, 2018 MASCAC league champion, Student Athlete Leadership Award recipient, and MASCAC Male Scholar-Athlete of the Year. 

Outside of training, Rocky loves working on his businesses;

Swish Hoop, a basketball technology venture focused on helping players work on their game more effectively when they're on their own.
1 Of One, a basketball event organization co-founded alongside Payton Pritchard and Michael Soares that has run the largest 1v1 tournaments in New England.

When he's not on-court, Rocky loves to work and study from coffee shops, build his businesses, read mindset, leadership & business books, and hit the golf course with his friends.

He lives to help athletes build strong habits and mindsets that will help them be strong-minded adults both during and after their careers are over. When it's all said and done, he wants to have helped millions of people around the world be better people for themselves and their communities.
