Coach Rocky

Coach Rocky has been training athletes from the youth to pro level for half a decade. He travels across the country to learn from and befriend the basketball training industry's best coaches, loves to study great people and takes a lot of pride in his commitment to developing himself every single day.

As an entrepreneur, he's building two ventures: Better Everyday, a brand helping people become better through self-development, and Swish Hoop, a basketball technology venture focused on helping players working on their game efficiently with a smart training shot-tracker and app.

Before he was a trainer, he was a standout all-state point guard for the powerhouse Mansfield High School program ('14) and then went on to play at Bridgewater State University ('18) where he was a 2-year captain, 2018 MASCAC league champion, Student Athlete Leadership Award recipient and MASCAC Male Scholar-Athlete of the Year. 

In his free time, Rocky loves to work and study from coffee shops and hit the golf course with his friends.

He lives to help athletes build strong habits and mindsets that will help them be strong-minded adults both during and after their careers are over. When it's all said and done, he wants to be able to say he's helped millions of people around the world be better people for themselves and their communities.
