Coach Nick

Coach Nick Laureano is 28 years of age from Brockton, MA. He graduated from Stoughton High School and then went on to play JUCO college basketball at Massasoit Community College. After playing college basketball, Nick started his own basketball training business, where he built a successful program and digital following in the Massachusetts area. 

In Player Development, Coach Nick specializes in mindset, player fundamentals, shot corrections, agility and conditioning. He has over 5 years experience as a Player Development coach, high school basketball coach, and as an AAU coach. 

Coach Nick says "the game has taught and given back to me in numerous ways as I hope to do so for every player I work with." Nick has a gift to coach and makes everybody in his presence better players and people. He has been training with X Factor since February 2024.
